Seabridge Advisors LLC provides corporate development services to the knowledge economy. Client specialization includes corporate Learning & Development software/services, HR software/services, GRC solution providers and Knowledge Management. We advise and execute on buy-and sell-side M&A transactions, growth capital raising, channel development and strategic alliances. Special focus is on cross-border opportunities with international groups seeking to establish or grow their US footprint through acquisitions or partnerships. Seabridge has built relationships with a broad array of advisors across the DACH and BeneLux regions.

David Vickrey
Managing principal
David Vickrey has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience. David formed Seabridge Advisors in 2016 to provide strategic advisory services to the Knowledge Economy. Specialization includes Talent Management/HCM software and services, Enterprise Content Management and Collaboration technology, with a focus on facilitating cross-border transactions. Prior to founding Seabridge, David was a partner at Gotham Growth, a boutique advisory firm providing outsourced Corporate Development services to the Talent Management/HCM sector. From 2000 to 2008 David was Vice President of Corporate Development at SkillSoft Plc where he executed on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and managed the group’s Strategic Alliances with Cisco Systems, Oracle and Microsoft. Prior to SkillSoft, David worked in corporate finance in Frankfurt and New York with Deutsche Bank Securities, Barclays Capital and Commerzbank AG.
Education
David studied at Boston University, the Universities of Freiburg and Cologne (Germany) and earned a PhD from Harvard University (Graduate School of Arts & Sciences)
